Any business or personal information collected will be for the sole purpose of conducting business with our clients and customers. We do not sell or release any personal information about our customers to anyone outside our organization without their explicit permission.

Customer Service Policy

We strongly believe in Professional Competence, Conduct, and Integrity. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our clients and customers by providing quality services and products. The bottom line in our Customer Service Policy is '100% Customer Satisfaction'. We will try to do everything we can to rectify any problem within 72 hours.

Unacceptable Conduct

Unacceptable conduct will result in being banned temporarily or permanently from this site. Unacceptable conduct includes but is not limited to:
1. Language: swearing, profanity, etc.
2. Entering unreasonable ratings just because you like or don't like a player. Please try to remain objective when rating players.
3. Account sharing: There are techniques that can be used to fifure out if somebody is sharing his/her account. Sharing of account will result in the owner of the account to be banned permanently.

Because some of the information on this site is populated by customers, it will take some time to provide you with a product that you will find acceptable. It is also inevitable that we will be going through gowing pains like most new websites normally go through. We are asking our customers to be patient and to give us a chance to build our databases to a level where most customers will be happy to remain with us.
